Where and when we meet
Every other Monday at 3:30 p.m. in Mr. Hoertz's room (127)
Officers announce each meeting in advance, and every one of them appears on the calendar above. You do not need to bring anything, and you do not need to have joined yet to come to your first meeting.
Dates that do not move
Membership roster
Dues must be in before we submit the chapter roster to DECA in the fall. A student who misses it cannot compete that year, so this is the one deadline worth setting a reminder for.
Written event uploads
A written event is one you prepare as a document and submit in advance. Entries upload to DECA by 11:59 p.m. of your respective time zone, there are no extensions, and the system closes on the minute.
Conference registration
Regional, state, and international registration all close weeks before the conference itself. Watch the calendar, and we will announce each one at a meeting.
